Anne Luisa Kramb studied until 2024 in the violin class of Prof. Antje Weithaas at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin. Before that, she studied at the Kronberg Academy and the Hochschule für Musik Würzburg.

In the 2023/24 season, she was a member of the famous Karajan Academy of the Berliner Philharmoniker.

Since the 2024/25 season, she is principal of the second violins in the Deutsches Symphonieorchester Berlin (DSO). Her debut CD with pianist Jeonghwan Kim was released in October 2023 on the label Genuin Classics.

In summer 2022, Anne Luisa won the main prize at the German Music Competition (DMW) in Bonn.

She also won first prizes at the Telemann Competition in Poznan (Poland), the Mendelssohn Competition in Kronberg, and the Bacewicz Competition in Lodz (Poland). In 2016, she was a prizewinner at the famous Menuhin Competition in London and won first prize at the International Spohr Competition in Weimar, where she also received two special prizes. In September 2017, she won a prize at the Manhattan Music Competition.

Anne Luisa has performed with the Ukrainian State Orchestra, the MDR Symphony Orchestra, the Sopot Chamber Philharmonic, the Göttingen Symphony Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Weimar, and at international festivals such as the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival, Rheingau Music Festival, Weilburg Castle Concerts, and the Emanacje Festival in Krakow.

As soloist and chamber musician – especially in duo with pianist Julius Asal – she played in many famous halls: the Konzerthaus and Philharmonie Berlin, Philharmonie Kyiv, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Carnegie Hall New York, and Laeiszhalle Hamburg.

Important meetings with great musicians like Sir András Schiff, Sir Simon Rattle, Tabea Zimmermann, Christoph Eschenbach, and Gidon Kremer influenced her development in both solo and chamber music.

She plays a violin by Antonio Stradivari from the year 1724, kindly loaned to her by the Wiegand family.
